HAPIS Prevention Grants

HAPIS received applications from 33 agencies, with requests totaling more than $5.3 million. Proposals were evaluated through an objective review process and 16 agencies will receive funding for HIV prevention services for a three-year project period beginning in October 2006. All activities supported by funds awarded under this Request For Proposals (RFP) are responsive to the priorities articulated in the Statewide Comprehensive Plan for HIV Prevention. CPU staff is working closely with agency staff to develop work plans and to identify technical assistance and training needs.
